  I normally get my dental work done in the US.  But I was on an extended stay in Nairobi so a US dentist visit was not possible.  I must say, the customer service I received at Keystone Dental was far superior to what I typically receive in the US.   I visited Dr. Bhachus clinic today after seeing this post. A lot of us fear dentists, and I'm one of them. Growing up I haven't had very positive experiences with dentists, which made me reduce my dental visits. I was anxious and a bit worried about pain or my gag reflex. She made the whole experience so comfortable. She used a numbing spray which helped tremendously.   I visited with my 6-year-old daughter who under normal circumstances it's always a tag of war in hospitals especially when she spots an injection needle.
